It's midnight. Shots of spark-like flames are been huddled and thrown into the air, leaving behind kids with their mouths wide gaping open, staring in awe and perhaps a little shock as the sounds reverberate across the skies like thunder. I should be out there, watching. I should be drinking with all my uncles, cousins and aunts instead of sitting in front of my comp, missing all the action outside the house.
Two little things though:
1. I'm back from the reunion dinner and
2. i'm BORED of firecrackers
You must be wondering if i had a typo. KELVIN TING!?!??? being BORED with firecrackers?? I thought u liked blowing things up?!?
As a matter of fact, yes i AM bored of firecrackers. Maybe it's because i don't really play them. But hey, i still do have the spirit of Chinese New Year in me u know :P
So.. following Lip Yi's post (I'm such a poser :P), I'm gonna make new year resolutions for this year since i didn't get to during the starting of the year (fear of school y'know) =D
So here are my new year's resolutions (try):
1. sleep early everyday (like that could happen) =P
2. spearhead the SJS robotics club
3. go to World Robot Olympiad again
4. play for Empowered Music Ministry
5. Serve the Lord
6. Leave a certain club
7. Be a prefect (if possible)
8. PROPHECY!! xD
9. go for World Youth Day 2008
10. get a bass
11. not slack in studies
12. whatever comes, comes
13. Be closer to God and seek His face
yep. hoping i'd be able to do that ^^
anyway, Happy Chinese New Year 2008 to all!!! God bless all of ya! =D
